Review: Empire Giro ACC

The “Not So Pro” review of:

The Giro Empire ACC, for the cyclist looking to upgrade yet another, and very vital, point of contact. Expect ZERO hotspots, ultimate shock absorption from the Easton® EC90™ ACC full carbon sole, as well as maximum stability felt both in pushing and in pulling on your pedals.

Experience:
Out on my first ride and the shoe felt incredibly stiff. I was amazed by the power transfer I felt and didn’t mind the slight cramped toes as I was expecting the shoe to give and stretch a bit as it broke in. After my second ride in the Empires I felt the shoe conform to my feet better while not sacrificing security and stiffness in my pedal strokes whether, climbing, cruising, or powering through a sprint.

Features:

– ELEGANT STYLING

– SECURE LACE LOOPS

– INCREDIBLE CARBON SOLE7041873_1

Price Point:

Pluses – Maximum Support, Reliability and Performance, Comfort, and Styling to make Non – Podium Placers (Me!) look pro!
Minuses – Now I am broke…
